Our pad/materials are restocked as quickly as our suppliers production schedule as well as the import customs allows.
Our standard lead time is 3-4 weeks from design approved, sizes confirmed and deposit paid.
Generally, orders will take between 2-4 days to reach you. Delivery is dependent on location.
We ship all orders direct to your door via a local courier.
Local delivery R140.00.
International delivery – pricing and lead times will vary depending on the courier.
Collection can be arranged.
Simply email us with the grievance on why you would like to return the order/items from your order.
We will respond with a solution or confirmation of the return as soon as we are able.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt with a reasonable grievance on why you want to return your order.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from us.
All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.
When returning items. please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit

At Panda Sportswear we are committed to manufacturing a product of excellence and take great pride in producing the type of kit we want to ride in.
Occasionally, manufacturing faults do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us.
Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty.
Once we recieve the returned goods you will recieve a credit for your next order.
